to make just one thing in colour you go into photoshop (or a similar program) and create two layers of the same image, desaturate the top layer so that the image is in black and white, the you can either use the erasor tool to get rid of the area that you want in colour from the top layer or you can use the pointer tool, once you have done that the bottom layer should be in colour therefore by erazing part of the top layer you can see the colour part of the bottom layer. hope that helps
